Velcomm was engaged to deliver the electrical services associated with the adaptive reuse conversion of a large, near derelict warehouse in Alexandria into a highly sort after creative industry hub to support modern business.
The project combined the challenges of adapting a heritage building into a modern facility, along with the complete upgrade and replacement of all electrical infrastructure.
